Standard width is 1m or 1.25m, with yellow release paper, and length is generally 50m. Small rolls without release paper typically have a length of 10m and can be cut into small, high-precision sizes. Tape thickness ranges from 0.13mm to 0.40mm, all producible.

The PTFE fiberglass tape production process involves selecting imported fiberglass yarns, coating them with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin to make high-temperature PTFE cloth, and then applying a layer of high-temperature silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive or acrylic adhesive on the PTFE high-temperature cloth surface to produce PTFE fiberglass tape. A conventional 0.18mm PTFE fiberglass tape generally consists of 0.10mm fiberglass cloth, 0.03mm PTFE coating, and 0.05mm high-temperature pressure-sensitive adhesive or acrylic adhesive.
